Part-Time Retail Sales Associate (Toy Store)

Location: Granville Island, Vancouver, BC

Panda House is looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team. This is an independent, one-person store position where you'll be responsible for delivering excellent customer service while maintaining an organized and inviting store.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service.
• Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.
• Recommend and promote products to customers.
• Restock shelves and create attractive product displays.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and well presented.
• Receive and merchandise new inventory.
• Communicate with management regarding daily store operations, customer feedback, and inventory needs.
• Assist with opening and closing the store.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and sales skills.
• Enjoy interacting with children and families.
• Friendly, responsible, and dependable.
• Willing to learn about our products and continue developing product knowledge.
• Able to work independently and manage daily store operations.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
